For extended stays we can provide a dedicated telephone line for a phone and internet connection (initial connection fee of $52.00 and a monthly rate of approx. $45.00 per month plus toll charges).

We can also now offer a High Speed Internet connection at a cost of $50 per month for longer stays.

This would allow you to operate your business from our cottage or be completely self-sufficient.

PLEASE NOTE: We are fully booked from NOW until 13 February, 17 - 22 February and from 02 March - 15 December 2012 in all properties.

Bookings To secure your booking we require one night's accommodation as a deposit in New Zealand Dollars either by electronic bank transfer or by cheque in favour of 'Nelson Coastal Barnstay' and sent to the name and address above. Balance payable on arrival (cash or cheque). Please note we do not have credit card facilities.
Cancellation Policy If you have reason to cancel, we will always try to re-book the accommodation, in which case there will be no cancellation fee. If rebooking does not occur then the following applies: Cancellation within 7 days of stay a 25% cancellation fee applies (for every night booked). Cancellation within 48 hours: a 100% cancellation may apply (for every night booked)
