Bookings & Payment

To secure your booking we require one night's accommodation as a deposit in New Zealand Dollars by electronic bank transfer.

Balance payable on arrival (cash or electronic bank transfer). Western Union can be used if necessary. 

Internet connection

We offer a free high speed fibre WiFi Internet connection.

Cancellation Policy

If you have reason to cancel, we will always try to re-book the accommodation, in which case there will be no cancellation fee.
If rebooking does not occur then the following applies:

 

• Cancellation within two weeks 25% cancellation fee applies (for every night booked)
• Cancellation within 48 hours,  a 100% cancellation fee applies (for every night booked)
